She is trained in Usui Reiki, EFT/TFT, breathwork, and sound bath facilitation, and is a certified master life coach and mindfulness teacher. She is also a writer and entrepreneur. She founded The Gaia Revolution and serves as its president, and is the owner/operator of Light Rising Publishing, which offers unique publishing solutions to produce content that facilitates empowered storytelling, meaning-making, and wisdom sharing to expand consciousness and connectedness, and inspire kinder living. She also maintains a list of private freelance clients, for whom she provides a wide range of editorial services, web and graphic design work, and communications/public relations strategy through CG Communication & Design.​
